Benefits of the Sauna

People who use the Infrared Sauna after their workout have seen increased results when trying to shed those extra pounds.  All of our members have access to our Infrared Saunas (places charge up to $30 a session).  Please ask our front desk if you would like to know how to sign up and use the saunas.
